No product ID in FSX Deluxe

Today I got a new computer to replace the old one that broke about a week ago. I reinstalled FSX deluxe with the same cd but now when i put in my product key it says its already in use. I asume because its the same on on the broken computer. I want to contact microsoft but i cant because there is no product ID in the feild. can someone help me?

Edit Registry key for the game.Expand the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSET\CONTR OL\CLASS\ {4D36E967-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

After you find the folder, double-click Upperfilters on the right side.Change the value from 0 to PartMgr, and then click OK.

Try to run the game as Administrator. Also reinstall if possible.
