How do you take a screenshot in xbox 360?

I would like to know how to take pictures from xbox 360 and save it where i can find it ?

From an Xbox 360, you need a video card that has input. The input is like your TV, either a cable wire (Cat 5) or RCA (Red, White and Yellow) wire into your PC. Then you capture the picture with the software you get with the card or buy.
