How to convert from SIS to JAR ?

Hi friends i am using Sony Ericsson K800.My phone doesn't support SIS format it only support jar format.i want to know is there any converter from where i can convert SIS files in to jar ? i want to convert some video players and games in jar format. so please let me know if such converter exists.
