Lossless Merge/Play Panasonic SD5 AVCHD MTS Files to Windows Media Player 12

I have a Panasonic HDC-SD5 camcorder. All my videos are on my PC hard drive. I just upgraded from Windows Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Professional.
