If you have a Microsoft Exchange account In your company or your organization have, you can use the account with the Account Setup Wizard automatically set. The Microsoft Exchange account appears in the list of e-mail folder. The items in the account folders are automatically synchronized between Entourage and the server running Microsoft Exchange Server.
Automatically set up an Exchange account
If you want to set up a Microsoft Exchange account automatically, you need the email address of your Microsoft Exchange account, and if applicable the name of the Microsoft Exchange server and the LDAP server, if they are not automatically recognized by Entourage.
