Tips for Microsoft office 2010

Microsoft office 2010 is released in the market. I want to know the tips and tricks related to this Microsoft office 2010. Right now I am using Beta version of Microsoft office 2010 and before buying this software I want to conform that it will be better to buy this software. I will be thankful if anybody can provide me with the tips related to Microsoft office 2010.

If you are using Microsoft word of office 2010 then you can directly take the screen shot of the screen without the use of print screen. For doing this you to select insert tab and in that tab you will see a button screen shot. When you move your mouse over that it will give you complete details about how to use it.
When you click on the screen shot button then it will show you all the window which you have opened in the background, but it will not show you the windows which you have minimized. You have to just choose the window and the screen shot of that will be inserted on your web page.
If you are working on the word compatibility mode then this feature will not work for you, but you will able to see insert screen shot button. For activating this you have to click on File > Info > Convert. You can do the same in power point.

There is a feature enabled in the Microsoft word 2010 through which you can directly blog on your blogging site. There is no need to copy all the material and then open a new browser and then enter login and password. You can directly blog on your blogging site. For doing that you have click on the file menu and then choose new tab and choose the Blog post button. After that, click on Create button on the right. You have to choose the blog and then enter your user id and password. After that you have to simple click on Publish button.

In the previous version of Microsoft power point for seeing video you have to leave your presentation. Means you can only insert link for videos. But now in Microsoft power point 2010 you can directly insert the video on the page itself. For doing this you have to click on insert tab and then choose videos then it will open browse tab for the user so that user can select the videos. Not only that you can directly insert the videos from web by using option of Video from web site.
