Error Writing pendrive

I have a windows XP and linux OS on my P4 HT PC. When i double click the pendrive after openinig MyComputer in Windows i get error openingthe pen drive.When i right click i can read the files by open or explore.

The same pendrive in linux cannot be writen to or files cannot be written to it. Message"permission not granted is dispalyed"

Thwe pen drive is an AMkette 4GB.If any body can help it will be great.
i tried manipulating tyhe permissions menu but to no avail.

This problem is happen due to recently cleared any virus by antivirus your autorun file was infected by virus so antivirus deleted it by deletion no to solve this problem just simply run scan disk from properties of drive then tools and select scan .
