At the launch of Picasa 3, you've probably noticed that in addition to photos, it also indexes videos from your hard drives. On the one hand, this slowed the launch of Picasa, and on the other hand, you probably do not want to manage your movies in Picasa, but with a software more adapted to the video.
- Launch Picasa.
- Click the Tools menu and then Options.
- In the window that appears, open the File Types tab.
- Then uncheck the box Videos (. AVI,. Mpeg,. ASF,. WMV).
- Finally, click OK. Your video will then be indexed by Picasa.
