When we receive Images in Emails,that are not sent as attachments,and we simply can't "Copy" or "Save as" when we would like to save a nice Image,to our Drive.
How to save images
Open Email > Cliclk Reply >Type anything >Don't Send >Exit Outlook >Reply Email now saved in Draughts >Open Outlook >
Open Draught Email>Right Click on Image >Now you will be able to "Copy" or "Save As"
