The programs are not active in the taskbar

    Preamble

On Windows, there are windows that appear more active in the taskbar.
The programs themselves are active, but they are not displayed.
For example, to switch from one program to another (Alt + Tab or Task Manager).

    How do these windows reappear?

    Note

    • These manipulations are presented in increasing order of difficulty.
    • The first use of software that will make changes to your site (recommended)
    • The second: you do everything by hand (method but informative)
