    Unable to logon to the secure online banking account with IE9

    I have desktop at my home. I don’t have any problem with the working of the device till last week. But after that I faced some problem with my device. After installing IE9 I have been unable to logon to my online banking account with state bank of India. . I am able to download transactions with Quicken; I would be able to logon with Google Chrome (as referred by state Bank of India Support). All proposals by state Bank of India Support have been worn out with no luck. Can anyone give me some suggestion to solve this problem? Please help me.

    according to me I can give you some information to solve this issue. I had the same situation with BOA login and IE9. In "Internet Options"-"Advanced" tab I unmarked the "Do not recovery encrypted pages to Disk" alternative, and I want to tell you that the problem will disappear.

    After reading your description I want to give you some advice related to this topic which can help you in this situation. Here I am giving you some suggestions.
    For that first you have to go to Internet Options --> Security tab, and then you have to click on Internet in the zone section.
    Then when you go down then you will see the option like "Enable Protected mode" and I think that is enable. Then you have to uncheck that in order to disable and then apply it. then you have to restart your device and try that again. I hope this will work for you. thank you.

    Here I am giving a trick. First you have to go to Tools --> internet option --> trusted site and then in the blank type *.statebankofIndia.com and after that you have to press the ADD button on the screen.

    I think this is only browser issue so try to install the other browser and then see the result. you can use the browser like opera, safari, Firefox etc. this will fix the issue.
