Getting "debug web pages" in IE8 and IE9

Hello everyone, I am having a small problem with the Internet Explorer (IE). As I was using the Internet Explorer 8 then I was getting a pop up every time that asked me to debug the web page. That time I have also I try to stop it by going to the internet option of the internet explorer, in that the advanced tab, in that I have disable the script debugging for internet explorer and also for the others also. But it did not work; as I have gone to see the setting then I see that the options have change to default when as it was before I made changes. So I upgrade to IE 9 and but then also I am facing the same problem. It also show when I open a link or close it in IE. So please help me with this issue I am getting. Thank You.

you try a way by closing the IE 9, then go to the Start button and then type Internet options in the search bar, so when you get the internet option window then do uncheck all the boxes which are checked from first. As you do uncheck the options then start the IE 9 and see that are you getting the same problem or not.

Did you try disabling the notification for every script error which is there in the Internet option > Advance. Also try to have no add-on on the IE as there might be one or two add-on which is causing the problem, you can do it by going to the Start button then click on the All programs, in the all programs click the Accessories option, in the accessories option click on the System Tools, so as you select the select then you select/ click on Internet Explorer (No add-ons). So just try, hope work and help you.

Try to do the advanced reset in the internet option and then restart the IE. And I think there will be some spyware or any kind of virus which is causing that problem in the IE. So you better try it and the advance reset might help you.
