    After 10-15 minutes of surfing in the Philips NET TV I am getting red screen

    I have purchased the 40PFL7605H/12 one year ago. I also have the Phillips NET TV. The working of the device is very fine till last month but after that I have faced some severe problem. Actually after 10-15 minutes of surfing I get the transparent red color screen on my system. I also check out the remote control buttons. All the buttons not worked except the on/off key. But when I restart my system then TV comes to normal state. but after sometime this problem found again. And this time I get the Blue screen. Can anyone give me some suggestion for solving this problem? Please help me.

    I read your description and come to know that I can give you some advice to solve your problem. here I am giving you some suggestions. First you have to try to download the latest firmware version for your NET TV and then you have to install it on the system. And then check the problem whether you found the red/ blue screen or not. I think this solution will definitely solve the problem. If not then I am sorry about that but I have just this much of information.

    I want to tell you some information about this topic this might help you to recognize the problem. I think when you get the transparent red or blue screen on your system then the remote control actually works fine but in that duration it is useless the regular on screen information is not visible like Home icon, menus, etc for you. so you cannot get the idea into what menu the TV is at that moment. So I recommend you that you have to turn off or turn on the TV at that moment by the use of remote control . so you can use the other method also for that. You have to double click on the NET TV exit button so you can get the same result.

    I also had the same problem some time before and I have the problem both connections (wireless and wired connection). So I can give you some advice to you. you have to use the latest SW revision. I recommend you that you have to make a call local technical support so they can be test your TV in their Lab. So in this way you can solve your problem. I think this might be helpful to you.

    After reading your problem I conclude that I have I have some tricks for you so by the use of that you can solve the problem easily. Here I am giving you some idea about that. For that first you have to press the Home Key. Then you have to press left on the outer cursor ring which I s at the top left icon which highlighted in the home menu. Then after you have to move to the TV icon. in the home menu you have to press the 1x right in the inner cursor circle to go to the TV icon. Then you have to press ok. This may help you solve your problem. Hope this will work for you.

    I can give you some advice this help you in this kind of situation. So first you have to open the back of the TV. This should be done in proper manner. Then you will see three knobs of red, blue and green colors. Then you should tune each knob separately. There you have to tune down the red and adjust the other two until your screen is repaired. I suppose this is the proper way to solve your problem. if this not work then I am sorry I cannot help you anymore. Thank you.

    This type problem may occur due to some faults in the hardware of the system. So this kind of problem has the best option of replacement. You mentioned that you have the new device so you also have the warrantee or guarantee on that. So you can try to replace your device from the gallery. This is the best available option for you. I think you will prefer this option as a first choice. In other case you don’t have the warrantee then also you have to try to replace the device with new one. I wish this will work for you.
