downloading photos from a GTS-3650

I have a PC at my home. I just purchase a new mobile phone. I want to connect my mobile phone to my PC to download some photos and Music. I connect my phone with USB cable to my PC but there is no icon or any recognisation of connectivity display on the mobile’s screen. I purchase a Samsung mobile of model no. GTS 3650.Can anyone solve this problem? Please help me out.

You have a new mobile phone, right. So you may also get the manual with it. If not then please concern to your retailer for that. Then read out the manual and follow the instructions as mentioned in that. First check out the USB cable you got. For testing you can use another Samsung mobile phone and connect it with your USB cable. If still it is not connected then the fault is your USB data cable so replace the USB cable. Hope this might be work.

As you mentioned that you have a new Samsung mobile phone, so you may got the CD of the mobile’s drivers with it. Before you start the connection, you have to install the PC suite for the connection (or the software you got with CD).So try this, I think it will definitely work.

There is another way to solve your problem is that you can use mobile internet for downloading the images and music files which are you want. The Samsung GTS 3650 have the capability of browsing and downloading so you can activate the internet system on your mobile phone and can use the facility. I know this is costly but this solution is applied if you have a fault in your PC or peripherals.
