Skype charging me 8.8 Times more

Hey I am new to skype and just subscribed to a new skype connection and made a payment and I also made a payment to it , I chosen to a monthly plan so that I could avoid the unsnarl billings that the companies do when there are done with the available balance . So I chose a suitable plan so that all my call to the landline is free and the calls to mobile cost minimum. But when I called a mobile number they charged me 22 cent where as they should charge me only 5 cents. Can someone explain why this happens?

Can I know what country are you from and which country are you trying to call and the what time span were you on the call as this are the vital components that decide the cost of the call that you made , these are the important s things that they use to charge , so I believe that it would help you out , it calculate the charge by yourself , For details rates visit skype official website and tally it with the rates that you considered .

I have been through their site before and it say that I should be charged 2.2 cents for 1 minute but, when I talked for only 33 sec and they charged me 22 cents, that’s the most expensive cost that I have ever made, I don‘t understand how can they charge me so high, I though skype provided the cheapest call rates ever but I never had thought that they are loot their customers like this way , I wish I never used this .

Hey skype charges all call at the rate of minutes so your call won ‘t be counter in the number of seconds but in terms of number of minutes that you took the seconds that you spoke are automatically converted in two minutes , since you have no mobile calls included in your monthly plan hence they would also charge for every call that you make .IF you need any more asstiance regarding the same you can contact the customer service center of skype .

I think you have made a mistake here , It was a simple mistake that everyone makes before making a call from the skype as these are the some of the things that skype never advertises this includes the connection fee that is often left out by the user to check and that’s were everything starts . just check the connection fee that is currently been charged in your country ,and that might just solve your problem .

hey thanks , for the reply i never though that i had a problem with it i never has such problem if i ever had i i know where to come so i guess that they there may be so issue with this now , but with the help go you guys this would able to be solved this I hope that i never get this after this , but i never though that i would every get this again.
