    Skype and Windows 7 sleep issue

    Hello friend, I have been currently worked on the windows 7 operating system and there is sleep problem present into this system. Whenever I use the sleep or hibernate mode of this window 7 then it shows black screen. There is nothing happen in the system but still I can listen to the fan and Hard disk working sound. To stop this process there is necessary to use the hard shutdown. Also the system Skype application did not work correctly. Any help for solving the trouble will be appreciate.

    This type of problem needs the special activity such as reinstalling system video driver. Then you can easily do this task in the system by using the online option. There is special process present in the device manager of the system that helps to do this task. After doing this task you need to restart the system. Then test the compatibility of the Skype in this system. This will be help to completely remove such problem into the system.

    I use Skype on Windows 7 and my computer automatically blank out after X number of minutes. Actually this will be goes into the sleep mode. Then I done the right-clicking on the Skype application file and then select properties option. Then go to the compatibility tab and check the box that says "Run in Compatibility Mode". Also I have done select "Windows Vista Service Pack 2" which is present into the drop-down menu. Finally I Click OK button and it fixes the problem.

    This sleep problem could be occurred because many issues such as running application corrupted or issue present into the motherboard, chipset or CPU. However there is necessary to first test the running application of the system. There might be possible that this application is corrupted and hence the system goes into the sleep mode. Then do these tasks specially check the Skype application. This process will completely remove the problem.

    it could be the possible that the problem is present in the operating system as well as the installed Skype application. See, for solving this type of problem you need to open the system in the safe mode. Then power ON the computer system and immediately press F8 key of the keyboard. Then immediately select safe mode and press enter. This will starts the system in safe mode. That will be helps to load the minimum system configurations. Then scan the system and this process will be help to solve the trouble.

    If you are having troubles with the Skype application or the existing Windows 7 sleep mode then you need to contact the expert person. Normally the support staffs of the Skype site will be provide the detail information about this issue. Then you need to login on the Skype official site and then git on the support staff section. Then expert person present into that site will be help to solve the problem. This is the last solution if any of solution can’t work.
