    CloudMe: Balanced Scorecard Application

    Hi all, I am trying to use the Balanced Scorecard Application. I want your suggestion so that I can input actual performance within measure (CSF) as well as the foundation intended for calculations for short goal as well as long goal. If you have any suggestion for me then please let me know that. I will be thankful to all the helpful suggestion. Please reply as early as possible. I am waiting for the replies. Thank you!!!

    I would like to tell you that the Balanced Scorecard application is missing the input fields like you said. It’s a bug and that they are trying to resolve. I contacted them and they only told m this thing. So there is nothing that we can do for this. All we can do is just wait till the next update become available. These issues will not be there in the next update. I hope that they will resolve this soon.

This document may not fully cover a topic as complex or accurately reflect many of the nuances of scorecard development and implementation.     The scorecard is a customer-based planning and process improvement system designed to focus and drive the change process. It translates the strategy into an integrated set of financial and nonfinancial measures that communicates the organization's strategy to employees and provides feedback which can be taken to achieve their goals. Traditionally, balanced scorecards include both objective and subjective measures addressing four main areas: the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business processes, and the process of learning and growth perspective.
