Want to know who runs Google's Marketing arm

Some time ago I said that I was interested in receiving a "Chromebook" beta test of Chrome operating system. Near the end of May, will receive an e-mail about it, which tells me I can go to a website to buy the Samsung netbook running OS Chrome. Bait and is the oldest game in the book, and I should have had remorse, even forward to the presentation in the first place. But I am sure that many consumers are dissatisfied with the response from Google to partner with the Gold Group to make a profit on Chrome the operating system. Just as you are not satisfied if you are running Windows XP and using Chrome as your browser and get blue screen of doom almost every day. I'm seriously considering taking my e-mail, and other things that use Google, and go elsewhere, at least I know I'm getting ripped off when I go to them. Seriously, what operation you are running scam in Google?

The offer to allow you to apply to beta test does not mean that you will receive a free piece of equipment. The offer was only by chance. You have been informed of an additional opportunity to buy now as it applies to receive for free. Cannot be satisfied or not, and so justifies. See the offer basically depends on luck. SO I don’t think so that it is the fault of Google. I hope you understand.

Have you registered your company with an interest in testing their product before its release? Not retained in the test group. Once the retail product was released, was contacted and told that this product is obtainable in the retail channel. I'm not sure what you are objecting to and why you are thinking of removing all their own access to all products from this developer.

Yes many people are suffering the same. Whenever we have a problem and emailed Google, which Google never replied? I'm even thinking about remove / uninstall all Google products like Google Chrome Browser Chrome OS, etc. No one is satisfied with Google at all. I have really wanted to publish all the problems I've faced, but I hope people understand what I mean. Do not know who is running the marketing arm of Google.

Well I hardly faced any problems with Google products may be I am lucky and hopefully won’t suffer in future. But as I have read the problems and I would prefer you to take help from Google’s customer support center it is related with a free piece of equipment and contact then directly if you are getting no response. At least this may help you and they will solve your problem immediately. I hope this really help you. All the best!
