Encrypt e-mail only the message only the recipient who has the private key that matches the public key used to encrypt the message can decipher the message for reading. Digitally signing a message digital signature includes your certificate and public key. Encrypting an e-mail message in Microsoft office outlook 2007 protects the privacy of the message by converting it from plain text into cipher text. Only the recipient who has the private key that matches the public key used to encrypt the message can decipher the message for reading.

In signed message technology when we are sending a data to the other user, that time user receives the digital certificates and the public key .the digital signature and the public key is provided by the only certification author. But in the encrypt technology in the secret key is kept on the sender and uses to digital sign the message to receipt and decrypt the message. Private key is password protected that matches the public key to decrypt the message.

unreadable form whereas in signed technology we provide stamp on document and send to user. The encryption technology is more secure than the signed technology. No unauthorized can easily decrypt the message but signed technology can easily done because here text in simple from but only needed a security stamp and this id hacked.

When you are encrypting the message then you have to notice the some points. If you don’t see this button, click the options dialog box launcher in the lower right corner of the option group to open the message options dialog box. click the security setting button and in the security properties dialog box, select add digital signature to this message . Click ok and the close the message option dialog box.
