If you are done with the URL setting and then you require downloading xmarks software. After downloading this xmarks software you have to install it in your system. And then follow the steps which are told in the installation process. Then you have to register for this. After your successful registration you will be sent an email for account verification. After you get signed to a page with all your favorites are displayed and you can click on them to be taken to a web site. You will be able to access your bookmarks from any computer, no matter where you are.

You can use USB drive where you can store your favorites. Open this file in the computer’s default browser. And then right click on any link that you want to access and choose open in new tab so you can preserves the original page for next use. Then send this file to yourself as an attachment. But for this you have to access your emails from the library computer. And then this email is available in your web mail. In next step create email with all of the links from that file into the body of email. send this mail to yourself. Now you can copy /paste any link that you want to access into your browser. Save your favorites to some online sources.
