I observe the message and this difficulty is in fact with a toolbar that you have installed more willingly than with a programming tool being installed on your machine. We require to understand which toolbar it is you have to go to IE. Then press on Tools and then select on Manage Add-ons and then select on Toolbars and Extensions and after that press on every Toolbar listed to highlight as well as after that press the disable key. Repeat until you have the entire of the toolbars disabled. Then Re-enable the toolbars one at a time until you get the error message. This will recognize the toolbar with the issue. After that Leave the damaged toolbar disabled. Let me inform if this solves your issue.

This toolbar is generally installed a programming tool. If you are not capable to uninstall it during the Control Panel, you may be capable to utilize the Microsoft Installation Cleanup Utility. Understand that Windows Installer Clean up Utility will not take out the definite program from your PC. Though, it will take out the installation files so that you are able to begin the installation, upgrade, or uninstall over. Let us make out if this permits you to uninstall the toolbar. Thanks,

Re: How do I get out from the DXT SDK MESSAGE

I opened IE. I go to Tools and then Manage Add-ons after that go to Enable or Disable Add-ons...From the drop-down, I chosen "Add-ons presently loaded in Internet Explorer ".By utilizing your "procedure of elimination" way, I conical it down to the Comcast Toolbar. There were 2 "Comcast Toolbar" items. The merely dissimilarity was in the Type column. One was Toolbar as well as one was Browser Helper Object.Disabling these, plus opening IE 15 times after this affected in no error message, while before, all time IE was opened there was that error message. So the small reply to solving this problem is to disable the entire Comcast Toolbar items.
