My Google account has been permanently disabled, but I still have a balance. How can I get my google adwords account back. On 12/23/2010, I opened an AdWords account. An object of my course was to create an AdWords ad to learn how to do something. Once the campaign was created, I've paused it because there has indeed been only an exercise. When I was a day later, ie on 23.12.2010, I called my AdWords account, I found the following message: "None of your ads are running, My Google account has been permanently disabled, but I still have a balance. There is an online form where you can request a refundable. The refund, as far as I know but this is more for "it does not benefit" the one then gets the rest. But why Google puts out the adwords account? Adsense adwords but I understand?
