Getting error 403 forbidden need solution

I have this problem from long time that is I am trying to post a new entry to my latest blog on blogger and I am getting the 403 forbidden errors. I have tried to check all my settings but it’s all ok and unable to find anything that went incorrect. I need to use blog for my personal work and I am facing this problem on every computer with the different connection also I want to know where is the exact problem? And what should I do for resolve this?

I have some steps for enabling verbose logging in Windows Live Writer
For that first you need to open the start menu. Then right click on the Windows Live Writer tab. Click on properties in the context options. Then add verbose to the last part of the target. Now click on apply and also on Ok. Now Start Windows Live Writer and check is that working or not if still not resolve then try to create new account for that.

You can try by following this. first Close Windows Live Writer, then Enable verbose from visiting the official website then Start Windows Live Write and now create post and post it to a blog post with an image to Blogger, considering that you get the error, then get your Windows Live Writer log file from the site and email to Microsoft support center they will reply you on this problem.
