While torrent downloading my connection speed is dropping

Hi! To al troubleshooters, my main issue is while downloading using bit torrent my connection speed is decreasing continuously. I am capable of installing the wireless link and also to search on the web and also able to play online games without any trouble. And also I am capable to sight the router as an UPnP device. Here the difficulty arises when I begin downloading from torrent, on torrent it is capable to download at a normal speed for about 6 minutes after that my link starts dropping up. At that time I am not able to play the online game and even could not see the network connection it seems to be dead. In order to obtain my connection again I will have to reboot my computer connected to the wireless adapter and the router. The odd obsession is that the computer linked with the help of LAN cable to the router can download through torrent at starting and after the one linked through wireless got dropped. I have Linksys WRT54G router linked through LAN lead and adapter called Netgear link to other computer and both of them are divided by a door and just about 6 meters long from each other.

I think you should try the following few thing to get resolve your problem. First you must uninstall the adapter and try to reinstall wireless adapter after downloading the latest driver from the respective website. After that you should reinstall the router and then you should also configure it again. You should allow the Window Manager to administer the adapter. And see whether it works or not and reply me.

I will suggest you to have a get a high-quality router with third-party firmware and don’t change the default setting because it is the best setting provided by the manufacturer and even on the default QOS settings that is the internet best setting. Once you will start it you should not suffer with the troubles of a torrent customer killing your router. Because in recent time I have suffered with the same issues and after changing my router I didn’t have any problem. Because many time, the old routers are unable to handle the traffic.

Hello! Guys When it comes to the wireless connection then there are many idealistic solution to resolve that issue out of all of them I have tried one and I have solved my problem and I am giving you that method. For that do to the Device manager and then chose the option network configurations and search the option wireless adapter, and then click on the advance setting of adapter. And you keep default setting of router before this process.

• Very first step is to delete the torrent from wireless connection and if you are using a 9.g link, in device manager permit only the 11.g link.
• After that you should stop the power saving for this device.
• And now restart the system and look the difference. If it solves the issue then it’s ok or I am helpless.
