Re: Firefox unable to see flash plugin

I have gone through your question and I think sometimes when you use 64bit flash plug-in on 32bit Firefox then, you cannot find plug-in. I think you should first check that if this is OK, then place these plug-in to ~/.mozilla/plugins. Many of the users can not use plug-in because of this incorrect directory.I hope one of these solution may help you to overcome your issue.

I was facing same query related to plugin. Then to overcome this query, I visited to the Debian site www.debianadmin.com. On this site you can find plugin on this site. This site helped me to fix my query related to plugin. I will recommend you the same solution on your this query. And I hope will find this site very useful. If you are having any other query then reply me.

In my point of view, you may have 32bit version and for that you should first remove the entire version which you have installed. And I think instead of that should get flash player and possible again get plug in and extract it to the target $ tar xvzf flashplayer_square_p1_64bit_linux_091510.tar.gz. And for the root extract file give this command $ cp libflashplayer.so /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins
