Error message not enough memory when installing toolbar

Once I am working on my computer, everything working properly. But when I am trying to install Bing Toolbar it shows me an error message that “not enough memory”. I remove or deleted quite a lot of programs or software’s and then restarted the computer then also I am getting the same problem. Is there any solution for this? Any ideas why this is happening?? Please send some helpful tips to solve the problem.

I have some steps which I used when I got the same problem. Now this is useful to you also. Just refer following steps:
    1. Click on Start-- Control Panel-- System -- Advanced Tab.
    2. Now in the Performance Group click on the Settings Tab
    3. Click on the Advanced Tab and
    4. See in the Virtual Memory Group
    5. And here just check the Total Paging File Size for All Drives.

If Total Paging File Size for All Drives is more than 500mb then I think that should be plenty for the Bing Toolbar. And if not then it’s ample.

I don’t know the whole detail of your computer system but I am just assuming memory. To check this Just previous to you install the Bing Toolbar open Task Manager->Performance:
    1. If you’re Physical Memory (K): Total 392564
    2. Physical Memory (K): Available 31631
    3. Physical Memory (K): System Cache 85596
    4. Commit Charge (K): Total 302630
    5. Commit Charge (K): Limit 840232
    6. Commit Charge (K): Peak 416160

If performance of your system is same or near to this then, all numbers look attractive to me apart from Available Physical Memory appears low. It's approximately as if something is stopping your page file from being correctly accessed. Your whole Virtual Address space is 941252 but your Peak Used Virtual Address space is 416160. So smaller amount than half of your Virtual Address space is being used but on the other hand ((392564 - 31631) / 392564) * 100 = 91% of your Physical Memory is being used. That is pretty high. Also, you appear to be using (392564-31631) = approximately 360 Megs of Physical Memory. When my windows XP Virtual Machine is in idle status it is only uses about 240- 250 Megs of Physical Memory. So just try to reduce this.

I have some tips and steps for you to reduce your problem. Please try the following steps:
    1. Sort by memory list down the entries of your process tab.
    2. Just go into Windows Explorer along with available drives associated Free Space create an individual list each of the accessible drive letters.
    3. Go into the Virtual Memory Management Section of XP

After done this follow this steps:
    1. Start- Control Panel -System- Advanced Tab.
    2. Click on the Settings Button in the Performance Group- Click Advanced Tab.
    3. Then go to Virtual Memory Group- Click Change Button
    4. If it is Visible, then uncheck "Automatically Manage Paging File Size for All Drives"
    5. Recognize a drive letter which has at least 3 GB (i.e.3072 MB of Free Space) that does not previously have a paging file.
    6. Eliminate all page files by choosing all drive letters and after this click on the "No Paging File" alternative in the "Paging file size of selected Drive" Group and then click set.
    7. Lastly, click on the drive letter which is to get the new paging file.
    8. In the "Paging file size for selected drive" Group choose the "Custom Size" Radio Button.
    9. Then type 1024 in the first Size and Maximum Size
    10. Click Set- click OK.
    11. And Reboot the system.

Expect the whole thing goes fine and try to reinstalling the Bing Toolbar.
