nokia 5130c xpress music - cannot download video and games

I have a nokia 5130c xpress music. When i try to download any games or videos i can't. After clicking the download links i get the message link not available. But it didn't happen before. Can anybody tell me what's the problem?

Can you please tell us firstly, from where are you trying to download the games and videos for your mobile phone? Are you downloading it via the nokia website and then transferring to your mobile phone or are you downloading it directly in your mobile phone using GPRS? You need to have a good internet connection speed in either of the cases.

I am downloading it through mobile. The website is waptrick, mobile9,etc.

You need to have some free space in the internal memory card as well as the external memory card, so that your mobile phone doesnt gives you problem while downloading software, games or any other type of slow down issue. Try to do a factory restore on your mobile phone so that it will become faster, but before doing it backup all your mobile data because if you dont do it then it will be lost.

you should change the site where you are downloading the games. may be some problems in site and so 1st you have to change the site. another option is may be your mobile internet memory is fulled. so please kindly remove some items in your internet memory.

Check your GPRS setting, configure it manually. Then it will work.
