My bookmarks toolbar is not showing up in firefox 3.6.8

I found really useful organizing bookmarks in firefox . The only default is that i not see the names or the list as in web page directly. Why I would do this. More so I can put them on my pocket pc after without having to put opera on the pocket pc. My bookmarks toolbar is not showing up in firefox 3.6.8. Please help. Thanks in advance.

For Firefox you go : Edit > Preferences > Privacy > Cache > Clear Cache > OK. You will change your computer , and you want to keep your saved Bookmarks for safety. Google offers as of today the new version of its toolbar for Firefox . In Firefox, go to : Bookmarks / Organize Bookmarks
- Click on: Import and Backup / Export to HTML and then save bookmarks.html
Then in Opera :
- Click on O / Bookmarks / Manage bookmarks (or Ctrl + Shift + B )
- In the tab that opens , click on File / Import Netscape / Firefox Bookmarks
