Ebay Doesn't Reflect Payment

I recently won a bid on eBay , i got a paypal receipt and my vreadit card is also beend charged with the amount. I have received an email from the Ebay saying that the amount is pending still. i do not know what to do please tell me how to get rid of this problem. Why Ebay Doesn't Reflect Payment. Any help in this matter would be appreciated.

Try to check you paypal account once again after sometime there may be a maintenance activity undergoing on the eBay website. You are about to make the payment and Paypal payment site "pending". No explanation, no reason. The vendor also sees the pending payment and can not do anything. You try to contact Paypal in this case.

I currently have the same problems with Paypal, I just won an auction and the transaction was refused. Paypal asked me to link my card with a 4 digit code that I have not yet (it appears on my bank statement that I will not accept that at the end of the month). I know that my transaction was denied any solution to this problem please help me.

You repeat a new payment attempt and this time, again without explanation, it works! Except. other payment is still pending and you stress out the idea that the levy is performed twice on your account. Looking to block the first payment (one pending) and then recorded Pal opposition to fraudulent use of account and the blocks!
