Problems with DL speed and connected Peers

I have a problem with the software Utorrent. Of 117 peers (seeds) I can log a maximum of only 10 and that 's for all downloads (proportionally). I wish if it is due to the configuration software that puts a quota for connections to peers or if it's just that other peers are not available. I normally quite well configured (I even green logo) and I downloaded between 20 and 100 kb / s per torrent. Some sources also would not hurt. If anyone can enlighten me I would be very grateful

Unchecking the option to install "during the uTorrent setup disables the Additional Settings panel on the next step, Even Though giving further options can later" Be Enabled When You Run uTorrent Without Installing It. The disabled menu buttons has new series a 3D border Asthetic That detraction from the appeal. That may remove border.

I settle down a link where you indicated as open more conection on your machine, in fact tells you where to see if that is part of the problem, the instruction says Emule help, so do not pay much attention to that part of emule only of Windows. Then you copy a link where they give instructions to to set the Utorrent, it must be something more secure configuration.

It seems that the help icon looks to be poorly resized. The White pixels you can see them around the edges. When you open Help > Show statics there you can see a dialog box where there is lot of empty spaces at the right side quiet visible in Windows 7. In the same way the preference panel will show out some shorter in space.

At the left side of the RSS Downloader form you can see ListView or ListBox item. They are both located at the Favorites tab but the same is not align to the left side. You can look that on the history tab in the ListView item. On the same hand the Setup Guide looks bare at first. But in that consolidating a free space can be a better idea.

Never not deactivate Windows Firewall is not going to install a program to replace him. I hope that helps my mind and do not pay any attention to everything they read online, Be patient and let your client open, the flow will improve eventually. find out a bit and then draw their own conclusions before making decisions. Thank you.

I use the Opera browser as client management for the integrated torrent and Its too bad, on average 5k, but it does not bother me because whenever I have the operator open and I want it faster low for Emule. There are some video and they use Emule ports because there are many entity that uses the two, so they killed two sites with a single shot, but if you want to use another port is to your liking.
