You need to open LAN sharing. Just right-click the task bar on the "Network" icon, open the "Network and Sharing Center." Click the circle under the map a network, it changed to "Work Network", And then "Change advanced settings to share" Open the "home or work" settings, Press the map to set, Save the changes, open the "computer / network", will see their computer name and the system public folders, Can drag the files you want to share in this public folder in the Apple system where you can read it. Check the steps and reply.

You can also mentioned that is the shared folder Windows7 systems approach to the Apple system, More simple, I believe most of my friends are. By the way here, too: Open "System Preferences", click "share", Check the "file sharing" in the list of shared folders by point "+" to add the folder you want to share, set read and write permissions; Then click open the "Options", check "Use SMB (Windows) to share files and folders" to complete. Upon completion, the network can be seen in the Windows file sharing snow leopard. Thus, the snow leopard and two-way sharing of files Windows7 completed.

You need to use formation of peer that is very simple, to the computer through the network cable connected to a switch or hub, to complete the formation of the network. Also use Dual Internet, If only two computers, using the two-machine Internet is the best option, directly to the production of good two-plane Internet line to connect two computers.
