OS 10.4 - Mail Problems sending attachments to PC

I am having the issue in sending attachments to PCs. This issue has only just started to happen - first the files were embedded but now the attachments displays as an X when sent to a PCs. I have not configured anything in the Mail program so I am unaware exactly what is going on. If I send the files using webmail then the files are getting delivered without any issues and even show up as attachments. I have been creating jpegs using AI and thought that that may be a issue but I since have made the jpegs from Photoshop and that didn't work. I used to send Photoshop jpegs all the time without having any issues. If any one having any ideas then please let me know, why it's gonna happen with me ..????

before going for any solution, I would like to know that it is going with only a single user or every user whoever connected with you means Are you sending these jpegs to a new user or have you sent to the same thing to other users also before with no issues. Let me know what you have done and are you missing any configuration that relates to your mail program...OK

Thanks to get my issues but the things that you need to know simply is that I am sending the message to everyone whoever connected with me and I am getting the problem with every moments when tried to attach the files. Yes, It going on for everyone, I have been sending to same people as well as my own pc to test. The issue is still there and need to know any solution as soon as you can provide me.

Hello dude,

I think there may be some problem with your email program or the file that you are using. According to me the cause of the error is seems to the files that you are attaching with your mail. If you have not resolve this by now, try to change the name of the attachment file you are sending by closing up the spaces between the words. I know it sounds impossible, but it had worked well and absolute when I was suffering with the same issue. If anyone have another suggestion then it would be more good but you need to try this also..

If you are not getting the final resolve then you have to test your mail program and configure the fault changes and I think it can resolve the issue that you are getting. Just move on the current mail program -

• Open your Mail software
• Go to the Edit menu and then come down to the Attachments section.
• Click 'Always Send Windows Friendly Attachments' and now it would be configured.

That is the configuration that you need to make and you would get unblocked from the complexities of sending mails with attachment. Thanks
