Is Imeye the Internet Ultimate Keyword Tool?

I have recently come across with the site named "imeye.com" with the title as "IM EYE Internet Marketing Tool". I would like to know if it is really worth to use it or it is just a scam? Does it really provide you the most powerful internet keyword tool or it is just a fake software provided you to make money? Can you provide me your review about this site and its tool provided to you? If it is scam, then can you help me to find an alternative to this tool?

IMEYE is a software that allows you search for relevant keywords based on your website. The main advantage from other keyword research tools is that you do not need to enter any keywords over here, but instead the software provides you keywords based on the criteria to chose, for example that only have more than 50 searches per month, less that 250 competing pages, higher/less than certain CPC bids, less than 25 pages having that keyword in titles, etc.

IM Eye is a keyword research tool created by Tim Godfrey and Steve Clayton. After spending $100,000 in the software, they were able to develop a software which allows you to just provide the criteria that you want for website and IMeye will be able to display all of the top matching keywords instantly. It is an excellent tool since it doesn't involve much human input and jargon.

It consumes a lot of user input and time by providing you the phrases to work with on your website rather than letting you to do the research on every potential phrase. It definitely have a database of preresearched keywords. This doesn't means that you can't search your own keyword to know the importance of it. It allows you to select categories or specific keywords. But the only points that setbacks most of its grabber is its cost.

You can also use some other keyword research tool if you want. It has been discussed over here: Best Free Keyword Checking tool. Among which I would recommend "Search-based Keyword Tool", since it is provided by Google and I have a strong faith in Google. This should be based on its search engine and so should be more effective than any other tool if you have Google Adsence on your website.
