Internet Explorer won't open

Here is the short of it, My IE keeps closing when I open it, I get a pop up that tells me that Data Execution Prevention has stopped working. When I start up the Pc I get an error message run77f2.temp.dll has stopped working.

I have tried to go into cmd and regs.ver32.IEPRoxy (something like that) and I get an error telling me that it couldn't load.

I have uninstalled IE 8 didn't work I have tried Mozilla and it crashes. I did a system restore and IE worked for 1/2 a second and then crashed.

I can't get on the internet to download a virus program. Everything else on the pc works (Computer, word, etc.)

Please help this is my last ditch effort before taking the beast in.

Question, If I reformat would this fix my problem? Pc is backed up.

I have tried to start IE without add on's as this thread suggests and it IE won't open I still get the error that IE had to close and then another one stating that something happened to DEP and it had to close too.

Any other suggestions are appreciated.

If you can then you need to uninstall your current version of you internet explorer and try to install the latest version the same IE. After installing IE if the problem persist then you need to turn off all your security system and then you can try, if the IE runs then i think you computer might be infected by a supesious virus which doesn't allow your browser to run.

Thanks for all of your help it was a win32 virus, Downloaded avast to disk and was able to get rid of the virus and PC is now back up and running.
