Edit MS-Office Files Online with Google Docs

Hi all,

I am using Google docs online service for accessing and sharing my office document with my client. If i want to edit any document , then i can open the MS office excel and then edit and then share that document to Google docs, It take more time. Is there anything available for Google docs that i directly edit the document online. Please suggest. Thanks in advance.
