Move to other Internet Browser Maxthon 2.xx - IE Engine Browser and better pop ads blocker than Firefox.Attempt other freeware Pop ads blocker/antispyware and save your vital files.Format your Hard Drive and Install your OS and make a clean backup with BackUp Software. If those ads disturbing you again and you can't rid them, you can restore your system from your previous backUp

    Go to Tools > Options
Under the Maintenance Tab, check mark the following boxes:

    * Empty messages from 'Deleted item' folder on exit
    * Purge deleted messages when leaving IMAP folders

If there aren't any more issues, please continue with these final instructions .The following procedure will clear out ComboFix.exe, as well as the backups and quarantines created by the fix. It will also reset your System Restore by flushing out previous restore points and create a new restore point.

Friend, which is your OS and Version of IE ? since the problems sounds like an old copy of IE.Better install later version of IE.If not there is an option in Tools / Options / Advanced called Warn if changing between secure and not secure mode Turn it off.But I normally use Firefox which doesn't complain about it.
