How to backup mobile phone details ?

Hi friend i am using airtel connection,i have already backup my phone details on my pc through nokia pc suite.i have heard that you can also store backup of your phone data in your service providers website.how to subscribe to such services ?

To subscribe to this service you must activate Airtel Live GPRS service on your phone.Once GPRS is activated,you can easily Subscribe by following any of the 2 methods.

1. Send SMS ‘BACKUP’ to 57057 (Toll-free).
2. Open your mobile phone’s web browser, type http://10.5.0.11/airtelwap and access the WAP Portal.

hey i am using Nokia 1100,can i use this service ? i don't have GPRS feature in my phone.
