Problem closing Firefox or Internet Explorer

Hello to you,

firefox is running without problem, but when I close the window, firefox is still active in the process manager. That's prevents to reopen firefox I must finish the process for firefox to open it again. That is same with Internet Explorer or Firefox 2 or 3.

Hi, what version of firefox do you have?

In my IE version 6, it is not up to date because I never use it (this time just to check if the problem was same as firefox).
