Paypal has now started supporting Indian bank accounts. They have a huge list of bank - sbi, boi, canara bank, ubi, hdfc, icici, ingvysya, scb, hsbc, citibank and axis bank are all supported by Paypal.

Arrgh, they still require verification that is done by credit card only.

Why can't they permit to transfer money from Bank to Paypal if the reverse is possible? This would be useful for those who don't have credit cards.

well if any 1 can enlighten me how to transfer money from your bank account (india based) to paypal it would be great help.
