Software for website PHP ,plz help

Hi,

can I find any software for designing a website in php in gui builder? like microsoft visual studio, dreamweaver but shud be in GUI ? plz let me know or if its free or at price somewhere ???? or what software I need ?

As far as i know it it doesn't exists.

The most close tool would be to use a framework with scaffolding capabilites like Symfony. Basicly you don't have a GUI but you just have to design the model of your website in a yaml file and then you can automatically generate a first version of your website (especially all the CRUD parts)
