    unsure CodeDom Error

    This morning when I open My VS 2008 PE I Received the following error from the designer

    The designer did not supply a type resolution service , which is a requirement for codeDom Serialization

    I reinstall VS 2008, netfx3.5, but the problem persist

    this happen every time when ever I create a project the winform shows this error

    Any soul other there to help me in this

    A supported fix is now available from Microsoft. However , it is only intended to correct the problem described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem . This hotfix may receive additional testing did . Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem , we recommend that you wait for the next Visual Studio 2008 that contains this hotfix . To resolve this problem immediately , visit the Microsoft Web site at the following address :

    Thankx Ken for your touch,
    I spent hours on web to seek my problem but I find very few topic on this( bug from MS ??? or Not) ok finally I Solve my Problem Myself
    Since I Reinstall, Repair VS 2008, netfx3.5 problem Persist
    I finally found that problem is not on IDE or Frameworks but on the OS

    I create a new user ( as I am using XP SP2) from Administrative logging by Safemode.

    And Lo & Behold ! Eureka ! Eureka ! Every things return to normal. Now I can open my IDE with Winform in design mode..........................Hurray
