    There was an error rendering the plugin view.

    Hello friends,
    I have made and published a ProClarity Book to a Library which is under production.bbk. After that I add ProClarity Report in the PerformancePoint and then I choose production.bbk book. After that I Published the Report and Dashboard to the Monitoring Server. Whenever I tried to view the dashboard, I am not able to load ProClarity Report. I get following error message.
    Code:
    There was an error rendering the plugin view.
    From the Admin Tool, check the error log to find the exact cause.
    You can go back and try again, or
    Switch to grid view
    I don't know what is that mean. Please help me to fix this problem.
    Thank you.

    Hey as per my knowledge The first two lines of errors occur because the decomposition tree is already selected. The last line of error occurs because the decomposition tree is expanded to an empty node. To resolve this issue, click Back to restore the previous view. This is applies to following:
    * ProClarity Analytic Server
    * ProClarity Web Professional 6.2
    * ProClarity Web Professional 6.1

    Have you check that whether you are getting this problem only in the PPS dashboard. It means I want to asked whether you get same type of problem in the PAS website. If you haven't try this, then first try with PAS website without PPS being involved and check whether you get the same problem or not.

    Form your information it seems that Standard client doesn't rendering the decomp. Make sure that PPS does not present in the equation. Now go to http://machine/pas and then try to open the view. If you get the error then clear the the PAS cache, then reset IIS and then try again. If you still get the same error message then make a new book in Professional and then create a decomp. After that add it to that book and then publish it.
    Now try to open that new view in the Standard.

    Try to make new book in Professional and create a decomp. If you still get the same error message, then add grid view to that newly created book and then try to open that grid in Standard. Now click on the cell in the view and then select to open the decomp tree.
    If you still get the same error, then you have to run the PCDiagnosticTool and through this try to check whether any dlls that aren't registered.
