Team foundation server 2008 installation problem

I am having a latest version of Windows... I mean i am using Windows 7... & Now i was trying to install Team Foundation Server 2008 in it... But i was not able to install it.... Can anyone suggest what the problem is????

Options for handling downloaded ISO Images :
Following 2 options are available for DVD image handling.

1. Write the image file to blank DVD (Recommended)
   
   
2. Mount image file virtually as DVD devices.

Installation Instructions :

1. On the DVD, locate Setup.exe and double click to initiate installation.
   
   
2. Follow the Setup Wizard instructions to completion.

Single Server Install

1. Create TFSSERVICE, TFSSETUP, TFSREPORTS domain users
   
   
2. Install Windows 2003 /2008 and join to domain
   
   
3. Grant TFSSERVICE and TFSSETUP users to the administrators group
   
   
4. Login in as TFSSETUP
   
   
5. Install SQL Server 2005 Standard or Enterprise
   
   
6. I would install all the services but notifications services (Select do not configure reporting services)
   
   
7. Install SQL Server SP2
   
   
8. Reboot
   
   
9. Install TFS 2008 with Sharepoint 3
