Request for a tool

Guys, please advise on how I can get a tool that will do the following.

Tool to notify the System Administrator on inactive accounts and whether it can automatically disable accounts not accessed over a given period and if not advise on a tool that can meet all our requirements.

1. It’s used to identify accounts with detailed information on the account including creation date, expiry, last logon and dormant accounts
2. It provides the ability to set new passwords for any of the accounts and to disable, enable, unlock, and delete accounts
3. It can be used to export reports into excel spread sheet.
4. It can be used to identify accounts with old passwords(this can be defined by the administrator), accounts not used in 30 days or more, account password does not expire, accounts with no required password and specific rights assigned to an account.
5. One can inspect all accounts, administrative accounts or specific users with in a specific IP range or Domain

I think the suitable software for your is Active Directory User Account Management. The trail version of this tool you can get from tools4ever website. It is not an freeware but provides and enterprise solution local server account management, and other Network Directory Systems. The second one you can try Hyena. You can download it from systemtools site. Other than accounts management it will also provide many additional features.

The software requirement you have mentioned above should be related to what whether it is related to emails maintained with excel or mail account enhancement, i.e you have drawn your requirement very effectively but i think you have forgot to mention you requirement in related software, so, I will suggest you to search for the "Account maintain software" you will get the list of softwares as per your requirement and you could choose best possible option of it.
