Add, Edit, Delete from one Form in SQL with ASP & JAVA

I am all new to asp and Java. I have a database of the solid (& SQL server, Access) and VB background. Let me know if it's possible to combine the functionality ADDS to EDIT and DELETE to a form of ASP. Based on my limited experience, the challenge lies in the changes of the input forms. Making changes on a form? In addition, accept the recommendations on certain techniques. I need a sample app ready by Wed so your immediate attention would be helpful.

    Add a record

    1. To add a record, do the following :

      • If you are working with a form, open the corresponding form in Form view.

    2. In the data sheet opinion or the form opinion, you click on the switching surface new on the navigation symbol border. Around a data record in a Unterformular, you click on new on the Unterformular navigation symbol border. If you do not find you in navigation within the symbol border Unterformular, or if the switching surface is deactivated, you will not be able, over to the Unterformular. In DATA ACCESS side, click you on new on that to navigation symbol border.

    3. Enter your data, and then press TAB to go to the next field.

When you try to move on a ground after the data capture, Access validates the data, in ensuring that the seized value is authorized in this field. If the value is not authorized, Access informs you by a message of validation.

To get from one field to move out after you make a valid statement to see message, you must either include the data to an acceptable value change or cancel your changes by pressing the ESC key. This is known as field validation.

    4. When you have ended to insert the data in everyone of the fields of a record, to make New click on in order adding an other record, or passing to an other record.

If it to another data record, ACCESS first tests whether the entire data record can be stored (record level validation), and then stores your changes. If the admission cannot be stored, you must cancel either the necessary corrections or changes.

    Edit a record

They know the data in one or more fields in a data record. For example, if you know the correct way of writing of the names of a customer, you the form in the form opinion, you go to the data record, which works on the customer, and you the field " Name" in the form. If it to another data record, ACCESS automatically updates the field in the which is the basis table.

    1. Open the form (in Form view), page (in your Web browser or in Page view), or table (in Datasheet view) that has the record that you want to edit.

    2. Move to the record by using the buttons on the navigation toolbar.

    3. Use the mouse or the TAB or arrow keys to move to the field that you want to edit.

To replace the entire contents of a field in a data sheet, click near the left edge of the field when the pointer turns to a plus. In a form, click the field's label.

To add to current contents a field, place the point insertion where you want to enter the new characters. You can move the point insertion by using the direction keys.

    4. Enter your text in the field. If text in the field was selected before you started typing, the characters that you type will replace that text.

Delete the contents of a field or an entire record

You can delete the text in a field to permit the blank space of the field, or replace the text with another value. You can also permanently delete one or more records in a table:

    1. To delete text in a field, select the text and then press DEL.

    2. To delete one or more records in a datasheet or a form, select the records and then press DEL.

    3. To delete a record on a data access page, click the Delete button on the record navigation toolbar.
