MSI K9N6GM USB ports not working.

I updated and reinstalled drivers tons of times, but did not work. In the end I decided the best thing to do was to reformat my computer. I did, but the problem remained. At the moment the only option I can think of is that the motherboard is not working properly. I hope you can tell me how to check, fix in any way or just give me an idea of what could be.
