Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo Si2636 cannot switch in audio jack automatically

I have purchased Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo Si2636 laptop which comes with windows Vista operating system. Now after that I have installed windows 7 operating system in my laptop. Now after installing the windows 7 in my laptop I am facing one problem with my laptop. Now whenever I insert headphone in my laptop at that time my laptop will not switch me from in built speakers to headphone and when I play thing in my laptop at that time I get the sound from my laptop speaker only. Please tell me what I should do to solve this issue.

First of all you have to insert your drivers CD in your laptop and after that you to right click on the driver installer file and then click on the compatibility tab.
