Computer won't POST and carry on restart loop

I just obtain two computers running Windows XP from the similar resource, and both have the identical problem. When I attach them in, they start automatically. I initiate it abnormal that I didn't have to shove the power button to start them on. Then they turn off a few seconds afterward.
