Computer won't POST and carry on restart loop

I just obtain two computers running Windows XP from the similar resource, and both have the identical problem. When I attach them in, they start automatically. I initiate it abnormal that I didn't have to shove the power button to start them on. Then they turn off a few seconds afterward. Then they start automatically yet again, then turn off again, rinse and reiterate. I'm not able to obtain anything on my display and it turn off before I can dig up in the BIOS. Does anybody have a thought on what might be reason for this? Any help would be esteemed.

If again the same troubles, then you need to check that the power supply is supplying the obligatory energy. If the board is unable to receive power and then turn it does not turn on any device. In order to check the voltages so that each device has power and therefore this will not be a reason for this problem.
