Unable to save video that been transferred via Bluetooth in N8

I have recently purchased a brand new mobile phone and that too the Nokia N8. Now the thing here is that whenever I am taking any of the video or the particular media file with the other phones via Bluetooth then I am unable to save those particular files. And if the file is intaked trough mass storage then nothing happens. But if I receive any file through Bluetooth then it gives it is not allowing me to save the same. Please help me in this case and let me know how I can solve the same.

Well the first thing that I want you to do here is that just try and make sure that all your messages are saved in the memory card actually the thing here is that if we keep the messages to be saved on phone memory and then try to take file though Bluetooth then it don’t let us to do so because the file is not properly received and that is the reason why the save option is disabled.
